Well, It looks like I am getting better. The infection level was low. Normal is below one. My level was 3.8.  Ruthanne and I were guessing what it would be. I said 3 and she said 5.  When I was hospitalized it was 17-20. Before when it had reached 6 they wanted to hospitalize me but agreed to several days of me coming in for IVs. Ugh. Well, anyway, the doctor asked us to consider surgery since this is going to continue to be a recurring thing. I need to tell him at least when I go for my next visit in September. Please pray that we will know what to do. I really am tired of this merry-go-round. I just need a miracle. I have been hospitalized already once this year for this and I think that was the third time. For those of you who don't know I have diverticulosis. It flares up from time to time and becomes very painful and could be dangerous. So, sounds like I am down but I am not. I was just glad today that it wasn't so bad that I would have to stay in the hospital. Yeah! So, thanks for your prayers.

Hi Everyone. It has been a while. I have been working on other things so have not had time to post anything here. I hope you all will visit my new weblog site. it is http://newheartgal.multiply.com/ I put a lot of things there. You will see many other friend's weblog sites there as well.

This week has been busy. While having colds we had special guests, Philip and Helen Stanley. I missed the meeting due to the cold. We sure enjoyed their stay though. They are always a blessing and encouragement.

Here is today's CleanLaugh. - Exercise -

I have to exercise early in the morning before my brain figures out what I'm doing. -

I like long walks, especially when they are taken by people who annoy me. -

I have flabby thighs, but fortunately my stomach covers them. -

The advantage of exercising every day is that you die healthier. -

If you are going to try cross-country skiing, start with a small country. -

Walking can add minutes to your life. This enables you at 85 years old to spend an additional 5 months in a nursing home at $5000 per month. -

My grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was 60. Now she's 97 years old and we don't know where on earth she is. -

The only reason I would take up exercising is so that I could hear heavy breathing again. -

I joined a health club last year, spent about 400 bucks. Haven't lost a pound. Apparently you have to go there. -

And last but not least: I don't exercise because it makes the ice jump right out of my glass

Jon and Summer left very early this morning. We miss them! We had a good time just being together, going lots of places, talking and eating. We really appreciated their great effort to come and we enjoyed getting to know Summer.

The rest of today was spent cleaning house and babysitting my three grands while Kelly and Stephen helped Angela and Kuma move today. We will finish up tomorrow after church.
